1. What if the product I want is out of stock?
If the product you want is currently out of stock, you may have the option to pre-order it. If pre-ordering is available, you will see a pre-order button on the product page. Simply click on the button and follow the instructions to secure your item.

Yes, you can! If you would like to include a message with your order, please leave the message in the box provided on the checkout page. We will make sure it is included in your package.
4. What is your shipping time and cost?
Shipping takes between 1 to 4 working days (weekends not included). A flat rate of 8 DT will be applied to all orders.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us on Instagram. After 24 hours, we are unable to process cancellations.
